Inconsistent stay. Some positives
slow check-indirty tables
the check-in process was slow. it took about 20 minutes. only two desks were open, and guests ahead of me had many questions. the breakfast was also a disaster. the room was dark with dirty tables! it took 30 minutes to get coffee.

The breakfast was a mess. I waited 30 minutes for coffee. eggs took 45 minutes. the staff seemed overwhelmed. also, the water pipes were so loud. I heard neighbors turn on water at night, annoying.

Really Nice Place for a Quick Stay

The location was very convenient. I liked the hotel being right next to the ICC. It was also a short walk from the Convention Tram station, only 80 meters. Central Station was only a short walk too, about 10 to 15 minutes. The hotel offered comfy slippers too and I found that very convenient.
The self checkin option sound great but i did not find it very good. It was hard to use and i could not get it to work. i wish i could have just gone to the front desk.

This hotel is near many restaurants that you can choose. Tourist area attractions are also close. I found it walkable to the central business district. It was easy to go around by bus too.

The room was really clean and well maintained. I found the bathroom to be lovely and spacious. The bed was super comfortable for a good night's sleep. Storage space was plentiful too.

The staff were friendly and very helpful . They seemed very attentive to guest needs. I got help with my delayed flight too. Lucy and Anand provided excellent support.

EXCELLENT Stay at Darling Harbour

I found the room quite nice and neat. The hotel's location provides convenient access to nearby attractions. The in-room amenities were adequate for my needs. Housekeeping maintained a high standard throughout my stay. This was APPRECIATED.
I experienced some delays during check-in due to a queue at the front desk. This wait was a bit inconvenient after a long journey. Hopefully, staffing adjustments will help speed up this process in the future.

The staff at the Club Lounge were attentive. They ensured every guest was well cared for. The concierge service provided helpful information about local transportation. I also found the responsiveness to requests quite prompt.
